Insurance Information
Insured services are covered by OHIP with a valid health card. Bring your OHIP card to every visit. Some services — certain forms, notes, and program elements — may not be covered; we'll always tell you before any cost applies.
Prescription Refills
Call the clinic at (905) 554-9400 or note your refill on the contact form. Please allow 2 business days. For some medications the physician may ask to see you first to review how things are going.
After Hours Care
If you need care when the clinic is closed, call Health811 (dial 811) for free 24/7 advice from a registered nurse, or visit your nearest urgent care centre. In an emergency, always call 911.
